1 Is it suitable for everyone?

Full-arch implants are an excellent solution for many patients, but they’re not suitable in every case. Healthy gums and sufficient bone are important, although additional procedures can sometimes help make treatment possible. We’ll carry out a detailed assessment to determine what’s right for you. If you’re unsure, we can guide you through the most appropriate options during your visit.

2 Is the result fixed or removable?

Full-arch implants are designed to be fixed in place, giving you a stable, natural-feeling smile. Unlike removable dentures, they won’t shift or require adhesives, so you can eat and speak with confidence. Temporary teeth may be used during healing, but your final result will be secure and long-lasting.

3 How long do results last?

First let me say I really do NOT like going to the dentist . However, having advised the team of my nervousness etc they have been nothing but kind to me and really put me at my ease. I still do not like going but I would highly recommend this practise if you are like me. Everyone is so kind, caring , professional and giving of their time to put you at ease ! I've been a patient of David Cook and the London Holistic Dental Centre for the best part of 25 years. In that time, David has helped me tackle all manner of dental issues (grinding, crowns, Invisalign) with the utmost professionalism and care, ably assisted by Kylie and Paige. Meanwhile, Annette and Maryam have kept me on the straight and narrow, as far as dental hygiene is concerned, with great kindness. The whole team is incredibly warm and friendly (practice manager Laune has to get a special mention). I would recommend LHDC to anyone, without reservation. This is a truly excellent practice.

I never used to view a visit to the dentist as something to look forward to, but that’s different now! My teeth were not in good shape when I first came here 6 years ago and gum health poor. That’s totally turned around now. Annette and David could not be nicer and more proactive. Fantastic service… my wife comes here too and had a very successful Invisalign process. I recommend the centre very highly indeed.

By far the best hygienist appointment I’ve ever had! Mariam was exceptional — knowledgeable, fun, and instantly put me at ease. As a yogist, she brought mindful breathing into the dental chair, which made the whole experience genuinely calming and enjoyable. I highly recommend this friendly and very supportive Holistic dental practice. I was looking for a new dentist in London for quite some time, but had not satisfactory experiences, some of which reinforced my fear of dentists! But on reading about Dr David Cook and his team I gave it a go and I am so glad I did! I researched carefully as I knew I had a difficult dental issue and I was full of worry about it. I wanted to find a patient and understanding dentist who listened to my concerns and worked with them. David was amazing on this. He was patient and very happy to answer my questions and follow up queries. He took great care to look at the lower left no7 cavity, giving a balanced appraisal and convincing me that an extraction was best as the prognosis for saving the tooth was poor. In response to my concerns I was impressed he arranged a ct scan and he took great care to ensure a safe extraction. Being a nervous patient, I was impressed he and his wonderful team were so understanding and supportive, while gently reminding me if the need to get it done for my sake and to avoid unnecessary pain and complications. Once early symptoms of infection appeared I decided I must get it extracted and delay no longer, and I found his team, especially Laune, fantastic in advising and helping me arrange the visit and they were so helpful to avoid any delay. Once finally in the dreaded chair I found David put me instantly at ease and he performed the extraction as smoothly and perfectly as could be possible. The anaesthetic worked well with no complications and he did the job so quickly and made it seem so easy. He has a kind and friendly manner and is knowledgeable and skilful. The Team have given me my best dental care and experience ever in my lifetime, and I am now 61! I thoroughly recommend this excellent dental practise, and the add ons on holistic dental care and advice further enhance the quality of care and preventive treatments. It is a 10 out of 10, it ticks all my boxes!

An absolutely excellent dental practise. Without question the most thorough dental examination that I've ever had, and I felt in very safe hands having old mercury fillings removed and replaced by a practise with such a holistic approach. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I have been visiting David and the team for the past year due to severe TMD and issues with my bite. When I first met David, I was off work due to debilitating pain in my jaw, face, head & neck, was taking many different medications to help with the pain and life felt very unsettling and bleak. David gave me hope and was the first clinican I encountered on this journey that actually validated my pain and made me realise it wasn’t all in my head, which some other clinicians had made me feel. I commenced treatment with him and, although I am not out of the woods yet and am having to explore surgical options, it really helped manage some of the symptoms in the interim and get back to work and some of my previous activities. I now feel more optimistic about the future. David, Lorne, Kylie and the team are all such lovely, kind, compassionate and caring individuals that make you feel so well looked after. Thank you so much ♥️
