Let’s start by pointing out this is not another article telling you how to live your life, or asking you to stop eating or drinking everything you love. Nor will we tell you that we’re expecting you to run the London Marathon at the end of April.
We’re sticking to our realm of knowledge and letting you into some little known facts about the benefits to your whole body of good oral health.
In the past we have shared articles about the link between poor oral health and the increased risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis to name a few. Throughout 2017 we are going to take a closer look at these links and each month we will post a blog relating to a specific condition, focusing on the most recent research available.
Suffice to say our area of expertise is keeping your mouth healthy, if an additional upside is lowering your risk of a potentially fatal disease then surely taking the time to brush/floss and see your Hygienist is indeed time well spent?
So, in a nutshell we’ll be posting videos, blogs, photographs and articles with brushing techniques, flossing tips and dietary advice. It will all be done in a fun and interactive way, where we work with you to improve your oral health rather than preach at you. So if you have any areas you would specifically like us to cover please email reception on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will feature your question in a blog in the coming months.
